BE MORE IDEAS...

In Broome, St Mary's College students took up the challenge and the Primary students wore green hearts on their uniform on the 7th August.  Many students from the secondary did a rubbish pick-up and the year 9's participated in a 'Be More Mass' celebrated by Fr. Matthew Digges.  This campaign encouraged the students to be more active in the community and to be more generous to those in need. It is truly inspirational what some students wrote about ways of Being More...

Love where you live!

                                 Don’t be boring!

Get out and know your community!

If you see rubbish…pick it up!

                                    Don’t take things for granted!

                                                                 Listen to things around you!

                   Look after your country!

Be generous…give more than they give you!

Be active…get out more and enjoy the sun and life!

Love, like you have never been hurt before!!

Don’t be lazy; walk everywhere…it is not that far!

Aussie…Don’t be stupid: look after your land!

                                                                                 Don’t pollute: its plain silly!

BE …YOURSELF, because everyone else is already taken!
