Exchange Instructions

To make an exchange, simply:

1. Return your existing product(s) to us for a refund by following the above instructions; and
2. Place a new online oders for the product(s) you would like to exchange for. Please do not use the Return Form to make an exchange as it will only cause a delay in processing your new order.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Form. If you are unable to print a copy of the Return Form, please be sure to include all the information requested on our form.
2. Please note that we cannot refund the original or return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error.
3. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of your order if the merchandise is in its original, unused condition.
